Rhonda Rugg - Deputy Commissioner

Rhonda is originally from Pennsylvania (North West of Pittsburgh). She moved to Tucson in 1991. Rhonda is currently the Business Manager at the Tucson Centers for Women and Children. When she is not working or sitting in the Campbell tent, she spends her time spoiling her three new kittens, studying Gaelic and quilting. Rhonda is also the new Publicity Director for the Southern Arizona Scottish Society.
